We all know that not everything goes to plan on your wedding day. The challenge is how you deal with what comes your way…
The first challenge was the wind at Byron Bay Lighthouse, normally very protected on the grassed area, but on this day it seemed to come from all directions! You can see what happened to the veil here- another great story.
Estelle (The French Petal) even had to wait until the last moment to put the petals out so they didn’t blow away
The second challenge came from Megan & Pete’s gorgeous twin girls… the plan was to have them walk down the aisle and after the ceremony there were 2 cute bubble blowing lawnmowers for them to use while drinks and canapés were had.
Despite having hidden the said lawnmowers, they got to the beginning of the aisle and spied them!
The ceremony was then filled with two of the cutest gardeners you’ve ever seen. Complete with bubbles and a mower noise.
Did it faze Megan & Pete? Not one bit… along with family and friends they laughed and got on with making their commitment to one another.
It was about family.
